FFT Staffing opportunities fall under two categories: Culinary (also known as Back of the House), and Service (also known as Front of the House).

Chef and Waitress

LINE COOK

Have the passion to learn and grow on your culinary skills? Learn how to be efficient in food preparation and detail-oriented food presentation. Work along the side of culinary professionals and help create unique and delicious food for guests at events. This role has many varying responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.

PORTER

Help support our kitchen staff by keeping the BOH area clean and sanitized. You will also play a basic role in the food preparation process as directed by your supervisor. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including washing up, cleaning, and clearing all kitchen areas. Unloading and putting away equipment.

EVENT CULINARY

Believe that food is a great way to make people happy? The best way to break into hospitality industry is by becoming a part of our culinary team! You are the backbone of our kitchen and responsible for assisting in creating one-of-a-kind meal and experiences for our clients. Requirements: A love for food and the desire to learn and grow, basic knife skills, speed and finesse are preferred but not necessary. Join our team and we'll teach you!

EVENT SERVER

The Server must have a working knowledge of server duties including but not limited to steps of service, wine service, table maintenance, buffet set up and maintenance, allergy awareness, bartending, and proper truck loading/ unloading. The Server will report directly to the Event Supervisor.

EVENT BARTENDER

The Bartender must have a working knowledge of server duties and bartender duties including but not limited to, steps of service, wine service, table maintenance, buffet set up and maintenance, allergy awareness, bar set up, mixed drink recipes, and proper truck loading/ unloading.
